We primarily fund modest loans (generally ranging from $500,000 to $2,000,000) at competitive rates and secured by first priority position mortgages. We do not pursue loan-to-own strategies and instead approach each transaction with the expectation that the borrower will achieve success, timely retiring its bridge debt with permanent financing. Our underwriting guidelines are flexible, and we are committed to closing quickly.
